1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for credits purchased through our IPTV reseller panel. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as cryptocurrency payments come with specific limitations described below.
2. Cryptocurrency Payment Limitation
Important: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. This is a technical limitation of blockchain technology and applies to all cryptocurrency payments globally, not just to our service.
Because of this, we are unable to issue automatic refunds in the same way traditional payment processors can. All refund requests are reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a refund or credit adjustment in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment — if you accidentally sent payment twice for the same order
- Service not delivered — if your account was not activated within 48 hours of a confirmed payment, through no fault of your own
- Technical failure — if a verified and persistent technical issue on our end prevents you from using the credits you purchased
- Incorrect amount charged — if you were charged an amount different from the advertised plan price due to an error on our part
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase and successful account activation
- Credits that have already been used or partially used to activate client subscriptions
- Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Dissatisfaction with channel availability that was clearly described before purchase
- Failure to use the free trial period before purchasing a paid plan
- Issues caused by the client's own internet connection, device or VPN usage
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase via WhatsApp or email, providing the following information:
- Your order reference or transaction hash
- The wallet address used for payment
- A clear description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence supporting your request
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, to a wallet address you provide.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on network conditions of the relevant cryptocurrency. We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or incorrect wallet details provided by the customer.
7. Partial Refunds
If a portion of your purchased credits has already been used, we may issue a partial refund corresponding only to the unused credit balance, calculated at the per-credit rate of your original plan.
8. Free Trial
We strongly recommend using your free trial credit before making a purchase. The free trial allows you to verify streaming quality, channel availability and panel functionality at no cost, which significantly reduces the likelihood of needing a refund.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy before each purchase.
